Starter copy — have a lawyer review this before you rely on it in production. The structure below covers how a public catalog typically works.
1. Agreement
By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind it.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, send unsolicited email, or attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the platform.
4. The catalog
Peenax is a free public catalog. There is no paid subscription. Content you publish may remain visible after account deletion in anonymized form.
5. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process and display it in order to operate the service.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonable.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as-is and our liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed.
9. Contact
Questions about these terms go to hello@peenax.com.
